The Diverse Courses Project, an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership in Adult Education, aims to enhance inclusion and diversity in adult learning. With a core objective of supporting educators in addressing the diverse needs of learners, it develops resources for better understanding these needs and provides didactical approaches for effective teaching.
The project involves developing a Course Mapping Tool, creating learner and educator personas, and piloting didactical scenarios in specific courses. Additionally, it will disseminate its results and approaches through an interactive online platform, workshops, webinars, and articles.
Partner organizations from several European countries collaborate in this project, which runs from November 2023 to October 2025.
Diverse Courses core objective is to contribute to inclusion and diversity in adult education. We aim at supporting educators to address the rising diversity and differentiated needs of the learners in their courses. To achieve this objective, Diverse Courses will develop a set of resources for educators to better understand the diverse needs of learners and provide them with didactical approaches to meet those needs, in order to unlock the full potential of the learners and educators alike.
