Switching Virtual – SWITCH

This virtual space is envisioned as a platform for participants to engage in online discussions, training, and other initiatives, thereby enhancing their digital and linguistic skills.

The project aligns with the Erasmus 2021-2027 program and the EU’s ongoing Digital Education Action Plan, focusing on strengthening cooperation between young people and educational institutions across Europe and globally.

SWITCH endeavors to make education and training systems more sustainable, inclusive, and adaptable to the digital age.

The project’s primary goal is to forge a sustainable and inclusive virtual space where equity, social cohesion, and active citizenship are promoted, preparing participants for real-life experiences.

The accessibility of these online platforms, unhindered by geographical boundaries, caters to the evolving needs and priorities set by the EU, thus offering a comprehensive solution to the contemporary challenges in educational mobility and digital learning.

The project is founded on the historical European ambition of creating a multicultural and multilingual space that embraces cultural diversity and overcomes cultural uniformities. Recognizing the impact of COVID-19, which significantly slowed down mobility activities and highlighted the need for digital transformation in education, SWITCH aims to create a virtual space to connect young people from various countries and organizations.
